What can Genetic Engineering do for us?
There are a lot of discussion around the science world right now whether Genetic Engineering is good or bad for us? Well let us analyze this question. Genetic Engineering can make fruits bigger, tastier and far more nutritious but, let us imagine for a second we mess up and cut of the wrong DNA features and put in the wrong DNA? Millions could start dying of poison or of malnutrition. The question to me is not is it good for us, it is who is making the decision to say yay or nay? If the wrong person gets the say there would be huge problems and chaos it would be like an anarchy! But back to the real question is it good for us. Many say no because they think the rich may use this technology to make the rich smarter and the poor a sub-division slave class. This may be a problem but, it is only speculation there's no way of telling what would happen. To really know we must take a risk like we did to go to the moon and it was a huge success. I suggest we venture in deeper into this technology and help the world over come famine, hunger and other problems.

What does the future hold?
What Does the Future Hold for Us?
Can genetic engineering alter evolution?
Genetic engineering, also called genetic modification, is the direct manipulation of an organism's genome using biotechnology. New DNA may be inserted in the host genome by first isolating and copying the genetic material of interest using molecular cloning methods to generate a DNA sequence, or by synthesizing the DNA, and then inserting this construct into the host organism. Genes may be removed, or "knocked out", using a nuclease. Gene targeting is a different technique that uses Homologous recombination to change an endogenous gene, and can be used to delete a gene, remove exons, add a gene, or introduce point mutations. Like this you could enhance the host. Welcome to the Future, where human evolution is what we want it to be. Captain America is no longer just a story it is reality. By 2025-2030, kids born in 2010 will be going threw there teenage phase all over again and we can practically live forever.
